Return policy

If you feel the products you received from our online store do not meet your expectations, you may return the items for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. For your convenience, a pre-printed return label is provided on the invoice enclosed with your order.

 

Please follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return. Customers must include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which the payment was made.

 

We recommend that your return is sent via FED EX, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

 

We’re sorry, but we do not refund shipping fees for returned merchandise. Noir Cosmetics will not accept shipping CODs for returned merchandise. We regret that we cannot proceed to make exchanges from your online order at this time. We will be happy to assist you with a new order with your preferred products by phone at 1-866-760-NOIR.

Payment policy

Important information:
For your security, your billing name and billing address must exactly match the information as it appears on your credit card statement. This information is used as part of the validation process of your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Service team needs to reach you about your order.

 

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed, an email notice will be sent to advise you.

 

Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid American or Canadian addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).

Order Cancellations:

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed
  • Cancelled due to a customer request

 

If your order is cancelled, NOIR Cosmetics will contact you to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-866-760-NOIR, or by e-mail at customerservice@noircosmetics.com .

Maximum purchase policy

We regret that we must limit orders to a maximum purchase of $500 per customer. If you have any questions please contact us at 1-866-760-NOIR or at customerservice@noircosmetics.com , and we will be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING

Order processing time

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. All NOIR Cosmetics orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

NOIRCOSMETICS.COM offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders of $65 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totalling less than $65, there is a delivery charge as detailed in the charts below. Orders over $65 always ship for free, no promotion code needed.

Please note that the shipping addresses must be valid USA/Canadian addresses. We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.

 

We accept orders being shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii but some restrictions and special handling may apply. Next day and second day express shipments are not available for certain locations in these states.

 

We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses outside the United States or Canada and apologize for any inconvenience.

Checking order status

We regret that checking your shipping status is not currently available online. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Noir Customer Service where your tracking number will be available. You will therefore be able to track your order via the carrier’s Web Site. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped. You may also contact Noir Cosmetics Customer Service, with your order number, via e-mail at customerservice@noircosmetics.com .

How to create your account

To register with noircosmetics.com, simply click the MY ACCOUNT button on our Site, and enter your email address and your password. By creating an account:
